James Restivo is the Founder and Principal of Minivet Consulting, bringing over 13 years of experience leading operations, implementing enterprise systems, and improving organizational efficiency.

He previously served as Vice President of Operations at Crow Canyon Software, where he led initiatives across internal systems, product development, customer success, and service delivery. His work included enterprise platform implementations, process standardization, and large-scale SharePoint migrations in regulated and complex environments.

Earlier roles in payroll and operations at organizations with thousands of employees shaped his disciplined, compliance-minded approach.

James founded Minivet Consulting to help organizations move from operational complexity to clear, effective execution. Today, this work focuses on helping teams translate Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 into real productivity gains—by aligning tools with how work actually happens.
